In his paper, Dr. Arien proves that HIV is weakening in Europe and Africa. Two kinds of blood samples are placed in two different cell cultures to be observed. Dr. Arien has made the cause of attenuation of virus clear. There are 3/4 of the viruses in Dr. Arien’s study proving to be less harmful.
